Shipping Costs (Postage and Packaging) & Delivery

Postage and packing costs will be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to purchasing.

Items purchased weighing under 2kg will be delivered by An Post and any items weighing over that amount will be delivered by DPD.

If goods are in stock, orders are normally dispatched within 5-7 days of receipt of your order. Should an item be out of stock or if a purchase is being made to order we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Delivery is normally charged at €10.00 per order for Republic of Ireland addresses for items weighing over 2kg, for items under this weight the charge will be €4.00.

Returns

We hope that you will be wholly satisfied with your order. However, we will exchange, repair or refund any item returned within thirty days, which was received by you in a damaged state or containing an error made by Louise Carroll Designs. If the return is the result of an error by Louise Carroll Designs, we will refund the delivery charge otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable. No refund can be given if information was provided by you incorrectly (eg. spelling mistake). However, we can replace or repair the item, but this will be at your expense. Please note that if you are returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for proof of postage from your post office or DPD service and ensure it is very well packaged.
