Louise is an amazing person to deal from the first point of contact to her undeniable skill. I had only a poor quality photograph to go by and Louise managed to perfectly recapture the image. I recently ordered custom thank you cards for my son’s christening from Louise Carroll Designs and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The quality is absolutely beautiful — from the design detail to the paper finish, everything felt so thoughtfully done. I had a particular idea in mind and Louise totally brought it to life, making the process so easy and personal. The cards arrived quickly and were packaged so carefully too, which I really appreciated. I’ve already had so many lovely comments from friends and family about them. Louise was a pleasure to deal with and offered a very professional and friendly service. I recently received a slate order and I was so impressed by the quality and detail. Louise helped me to add a background design to the very sentimental rhyme that I wanted on the slate. Turn around from ordering to delivery was also extremely quick. I highly recommend Louise and her products, and will no doubt be a return customer in the future.

I very much highly recommend Louise Carroll Designs. Louise has been a delight to work with while we designed my customised house number as well as a customised welcome sign for inside my front door.
The whole process has been so easy and straight forward. Added to that, Louise sent out the signs so quickly - I received them within 4 business days of first reaching out to Louise.
When fixing the house number sign to the external wall, I accidentally cracked the slate (all my fault) so I contacted Louise to order a replacement. Again, I received the updated sign so quickly.
The design and workmanship, as well as the personal care, Louise adds to each new request is remarkable - this along with how efficient Louise is between first receiving the request, to sending out the completed personalised item.
For now, I'm thinking of other designs I'd like to request from Louise.

I'm a huge fan of Louise's work and I've ordered several different bespoke gifts from her for various occasions. The picture below is a recent gift I ordered for a friend and I'm thrilled with the superb quality of it. I've also previously ordered personalised framed slate gifts for a number of weddings which always go down very well! Highly recommend to anyone looking for something special
